This is something I have been looking for ever since I moved to Sevilla – a place to recycle used but still usable clothing. This one is located on the corner of Paseo Catalina de Ribera & Cano y Cueto, at the end of the Jardines de Murillo, next to the underground parking. I’m English but grew up in the U.S., spent 21 years in Berlin in Germany and came to Sevilla 4 years ago. I studied fashion design, but found I really didn’t like the industry; I have done a lot of theatre design and make almost all of my own dresses and skirts and, for the last 15 years, have been making clothes for friends and friends of friends. I’m hoping that my shop will become a quietly popular stop for people who want something unusual – not outrageous, but not generally available. And rest assured, if you bought it at Ajena a la Moda, you bought the only one.
