Every Sunday in the Plaza del Cabildo, across Avenida de la Constitución from the cathedral, is a little market for stamps, coins, medals and other items. Mostly for collectors, of course, but worth a short visit if you’re in the vicinity. There’s also a little shop, El Turno, that acts as a retail outlet for sweets and pastries made in closed convents. The name refers to the little turntable that is used for transactions without the nuns being visible.
