After starting out as a vegan and vegetarian restaurant Arte y Sabor began a new chapter in 2010 under the direction of Zakaria Hbirkou and Vanessa Escamilla, offering Spanish, Moroccan, and fusion dishes, either as tapas or raciones. The décor is simple and attractive with large arched windows letting in lots of light and, as with most places along the Alameda, there is a nice tree-shaded terraza out on the pavement.
We especially enjoyed the fresh spinach salad with goat cheese, the veggie arabic spring rolls and crunchy fried falafel with yoghurt sauce. Service is casual and friendly.
