Divina Parrilla is an open air weekend barbecue restaurant, created by Isa Guerrero and Antonio Pavon, and hosted by the Premier group at their Garden Cocktail Bar in Prado de San Sebastian, next to the Portuguese Pavillion. The location is perfect, especially when the weather’s good, with plenty of tables under the trees, and the smell of wood smoke and grilling meat wafting through the air.
The service is friendly and efficient, and you get to watch Luís – grill chef extraordinaire and self-proclaimed oldest barman in Valencina de la Concepción – preparing and grilling the meat. The food is excellent quality, with presa and secreto of pork or chuleton of beef among others. They also do some nice salads to have as a starter or accompaniment, and a small selection of desserts to finish. There’s also a full range of cocktails. Definitely a welcome addition to the food scene in Sevilla.
