Xérèz, Sherry, Jerez… all names that refer the unique wine of this small region in the province of Cádiz, Spain. Jerez de la Frontera is the largest city in the “sherry triangle” and is located inland, upon one of many hills overlooking an open landscape of albariza soil reaching down to the sea.
