
As the name suggests, El Baco specialises in tapas and raciones that are variations of bacalao (salt cod). And they are all delicious. It’s also one of the very few places that I’ll allow my personal loathing of having food photos on menus take second place to the quality of the food on offer. There are several El Baco locations around town and each of them has its own special charm.
A welcome addition is the new extended tapas menu. Great being able to try more dishes more often.
