Just of the Alameda de Hércules, Avanti con la Guaracha feels like walking into a somewhat gentrified hippie joint. The atmosphere and service is very casual, the food well-prepared and well-priced. Tapas from 2.50 – 3€, along with larger raciones and platos. In this case the raciones aren’t just bigger versions of the tapas, but are different dishes. The grilled chipirones (squid) with beets and presa (pork) with pan-fried potatoes were very good. Large sidewalk terrace.
