Petra is a recent opening in Plaza Alfalfa specialising in meats that you grill on a hot stone at your table. The space is small and stylish, all warm stone and wood tones.
Aside from meat you can also find a selection of starters, salads and cheeses, as well as The World’s Best Spanish Omelette (it’s actually printed on their napkins – in English). A bold claim to make. To be honest, we found the tortilla lacking in flavour and seasoning, it was more like a bland potato stew mixed with eggs. The salmon tartare and the meats were okay, and service was friendly, an overall pleasant experience.
