
The El Pasaje bar de copas has been going slightly longer than I’ve lived in Sevilla (20+ years). Their new tapas bar took over the space next door much more recently (two years ago?) and is a very attractive space, with a bar area, dining area and both indoor and outdoor terraces.
The dishes we tried were good, other than an over-marinated texture-free ceviche which had to be sent back. Standard gastrobar experience was somewhat relieved by our server, who was quite sweet, though he lost a few points when he tried to convince us we were wrong about the ceviche. Nice wines.
