Opened in late 2019 by Juan Carlos Andana in the street where he grew up, and remodelled a year or so later, Barbiana Triana is not linked to other establishments of the same name in Sevilla and Sanlúcar, but it shares a similar link to the Bodegas Barbiana sherries which are a speciality of the house.
The menu is modest and traditional, with charcuterie, fish and seafood and stews. Only had time for a quick stop so will update hopefully soon with more pics. The ambiance is very pleasant, with a decor that’s Triana and Sanlúcar themed. Super friendly service.
