To be honest Sevilla isn’t exactly a hotbed of ethnic cuisine, and although this situation is improving, if you want something that’s not Spanish, you still have to look around a bit. Italian features quite strongly, and some other Mediterranean styles, but more exotic fare seems to be limited to a recent spate of Japanese sushi restaurants.
