Set menu buffet-style ‘all you can eat’ Asian fusion. The buffet table offers a small but tasty selection of sushi and sashimi. There are also Thai, Vietnamese and Cantonese hot dishes. Various raw ingredients (meats, seafood and veggies) can be selected for ‘wokking’, with a choice of six sauces. But be warned – the wok chef boils !!! the food before tossing it the wok, rendering the prawns completely tasteless, the squid hard and chewy and the meats unrecognisable.
