Set menu buffet-style ‘all you can eat’ Asian fusion. The buffet table offers a small but tasty selection of sushi and sashimi. There are also Thai, Vietnamese and Cantonese hot dishes. Various raw ingredients (meats, seafood and veggies) can be selected for ‘wokking’, with a choice of six sauces. But be warned - the wok chef boils !!! the food before tossing it the wok, rendering the prawns completely tasteless, the squid hard and chewy and the meats unrecognisable. The next time I will ask him to skip the boiling part. Yes, I will be back because, although the wokked food was a disappointment (most was left untouched on our plates), everything else was very good. And it’s next to impossible to find a decent Asian restaurant in Sevilla.
