Since opening this past spring Chinkoa has been going from strength to strength. Chef and owner Manuel Martín is now enhancing his regular menu with creative daily specials (the solomillo in PX sauce is to die for) and continues to add to his impressive wine list. The place itself is adorable, like a wee garden inside, including a “grass” wall and a “tree swing” as a bench at the back table. The garden theme extends to the colourful sidewalk terrace and the new dining area. It’s obvious that Manuel and his staff are putting their hearts into this venture, making it a warm and friendly spot to visit where you will eat and drink very well indeed.
