Specialists in Jam\u00f3n Ib\u00e9rico, top charcuterie, more than 60 cheeses (national and international), wines and gourmet products, Jamoner\u00eda Jos\u00e9 Luis Romero is synonymous quality Andalusian products. Their flagship shop and tasting area in the Triana Market has expanded to include a comfortable bar where you can not only “try before you buy” but also enjoy a lovely selections of wines with assorted tapas and ready-made snacks. For oyster lovers, the Ostrer\u00eda offers varieties from Spain, Portugal, Ireland and France with a selection of cavas and champagnes for pairing.<\/p>\n

I’ve been coming here for years, indeed it’s hard to pass through either market without stopping for at least a glass of chilled manzanilla and a tapita of jam\u00f3n. But it’s also a great place to get some Ib\u00e9rico Education as you can try not only different cuts but also different categories, which for a jam\u00f3n nerd like me is especially interesting. The staff are super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I really like this new bar area in Triana and heir online store<\/a> will ship to anywhere in Europe, in case your suitcase is already full or you’re not planning on going home immediately.<\/p>\n

There is a second location in Encarnaci\u00f3n Market, with a small tasting bar. Also in Encarnaci\u00f3n Market is Dulce o Salado (Sweet or Savoury), their takeaway stall for sandwiches, cakes and drinks.<\/p>\n
