D’Culto is a restaurant and tapas bar a little way out of the centre in the Buhaira (Nervi\u00f3n). The bar decor is modern and relaxed, with both bar seating and half a dozen high tables. The restaurant is attractive and there is an ample sidewalk terrace. Professional service and a decent wine list, with lots of sherry options.<\/p>\n

The food is excellent, with the menu focused on fish and seafood. In fact, we haven’t had anything here that we didn’t love. From a fritos selection that includes one of the best caz\u00f3n en adobo that I’ve had anywhere, followed by bacalao in squid ink tempura, a pav\u00eda of carabinero (one of the signature dishes \u2013 for good reason), and a tender tataki of presa Ib\u00e9rica. The crispy fried aubergines are also delish. We have mostly stuck to tapas but there are daily specials and a wide selection of super fresh fish and shellfish sold by weight. Recommended.<\/p>\n
