\"pitacasso\"A small home-spun little bar next to the Feria Market, Pitacasso lives up to its name by featuring many variations of pita bread tapas with all kinds of fillings and sauces: falafel, hamburgers, chicken, cheese\/bacon\/tomato, salmon, fried aubergine, feta and olives, and the list goes on. There’s a small cheerful eating area in front of the open kitchen, and also a few tables out on the terraza. Inside, the walls are covered with art by local artists that are also for sale and that change monthly.<\/p>\n

We enjoyed our falafels though felt they could have been a bit lighter and more flavourful. Likewise the sauces and salad seemed a bit uninspired, but it was all cheerfully served with a decent wine (and then later a taste of a very special manzanilla called Criaito) and we ended up warming to both the place and the people.<\/p>\n
