This can easily be done online.<\/p>\n<p>A word of advice \u2013 as tapas bars are only open for lunch 1-4 pm it&#8217;s best not to book other tours, activities or visits during these hours.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Cathedral<\/strong><br \/>\nRecommended visit time: 1 hour<br \/>\nThe Giralda Tower is part of the tourist visit, and highly recommended.<br \/>\nYou can either purchase tickets in advance online, or at the Salvador Church in Plaza San Salvador<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.catedraldesevilla.es\/cultural-visit\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">General information about the visit.<\/a><br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/articketing.vocces.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Purchase tickets online<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Alc\u00e1zar Palace &amp; Gardens<\/strong><br \/>\nRecommended visit time: 2 hours<br \/>\nBest times to book are early morning or late afternoon<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/realalcazarsevilla.sacatuentrada.es\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Purchase Tickets online<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Metropol Parasol<\/strong> (AKA The Mushrooms)<br \/>\nBest times to visit are Tues \u2013 Sat mornings when the Encarnaci\u00f3n market is open, or at sunset.<br \/>\nThere is a ticket office out front and for 15\u20ac you have access to the Antiquarium (Roman ruins), a couple of \u201cinteractive\u201d activities and the walkway on top of the structure, which in the evening includes the light show. If you only want to go up to the walkway the price is 10\u20ac.<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nPlaza Espa\u00f1a in the Maria Luisa Park<\/strong><br \/>\nBuilt for the 1929 Spanish-American exhibition.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Lesser Known Museums<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Palacio de Las Due\u00f1as<\/strong> (Casa de Alba)<br \/>\n15th century palace that was the home of the Duchesses of Alba, and where the present Duke of Alba still resides.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Museo Bellver<\/strong><br \/>\nA new museum in a 16th century Casa Palacio in the Santa Cruz neighbourhood, with exhibits from a donated private collection giving a good idea of life in Sevilla and Andaluc\u00eda.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Getting Around<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A lot of the old centre of Sevilla is pedestrianised, and you can get almost anywhere on foot within 10-30 minutes.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Airport Taxi<br \/>\nIf you are taking a taxi, be aware that there is a flat rate charge to anywhere in Sevilla.
