Something a bit off-piste for Sevilla’s Little Italy family, Grupo GMI. Bio Mio Organic Food & Café is their newest spot, a stone’s throw from the Cathedral, and next door to their flagship Italian restaurant L’Oca Giuliva. As the name suggests, Bio Mio’s focus is on local KM0 ecological seasonal products, with a steady supply of freshly baked organic breads, cakes and cookies, and savoury dishes such as quiches and salads. There is limited seating inside but several tables out on newly pedestrianised Mateso Gago.

Bio Mio is open daily from 9-5 serving breakfast, light lunches and snacks and has already become a favourite brunch spot. Plans are afoot to open until early evening.
