I stopped by Casa Antonio yesterday to ask them about the olives and the answer is - oregano and cumin. I suppose if you can&#039;t find the same ones you could look for some in plain brine and add your own spice. Really glad you enjoyed Casa Antonio and that you found the blog here helpful.]]></description>
