Corral de San Jose
Jimios 22-24
The Corral de San Jose can be found in a quiet side street just five minutes from the cathedral in a converted 16th century patio de vecinos (neighbours). There is accommodation for between 2 and 8 people in individually decorated studio and 1-3 bedroom apartments, each with a well-equipped kitchen, and also a little rooftop terrace.
Apartamentos Puerta Catedral
Alemanes 15
As the name suggests, these are in a perfect location opposite one of the gates of the cathedral, with great views from the rooftop terrace and the apartments facing the street. There is space for up to 5 adults in a variety of apartment types, all with wood or marble floors and modern well-equipped kitchens. An unusual plus is a gourmet shop in reception. A minus is the lack of an elevator.
Apartamentos VTV Conde de Torrejon 10
Conde de Torrejon, 10
Located between the central shopping area and the Alameda, and about 20 minutes from the cathedral and Alcázar, these cool, clean 1 and 2 bedroom apartments will take up to 6 people. Each has a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities, and the staff are really friendly and helpful. The apartments are built around a typical Sevillano patio with a fountain and lots of greenery, and there is a nice sun terrace on the roof.
Apartamentos Castellar
Castellar, 6
Right in the centre of town between the Alameda and the futuristic Metropol Parasols, these spacious, modern, brightly decorated 1 and 2 bedroom apartments are close to shops and an easy walk from the main monuments. There’s a typical inside patio, and each is stylishly furnished, with a living area and kitchenette, but unfortunately there’s no internet connection.
Apartamentos Santa Cruz
Pimienta 4
Situated in a picturesque narrow street in the Barrio Santa Cruz, these apartments put you right in the heart of historic Seville where you can see all the sights, eat at some of the best tapas bars and experience the bustle of the nightlife, all within a few minutes of your front door. As well as a lounge area and a basic kitchen there’s a communal terrace with stunning views and a public restaurant and bar.
Apartamentos Murillo
Lope de Rueda 16
Basic apartment accommodation for up to 3 people, with a kitchenette with a fridge and microwave, but it’s in the middle of the Santa Cruz close to lots of bars and restaurants, as well as all the main monuments. You can enjoy some great views from a rooftop terrace complete with sunbeds, and I always find the staff here very friendly and helpful.
La Casa del Conde de Gelves
Viejos 5
These modern apartments for up to 4 people are in a fully refurbished 17th century Sevillano townhouse with a typical internal patio. They are complete with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, and the duplex apartments have a private terrace. The central location is close to shops, and within easy walking distance of the main monuments.
Siete Revueltas Apartamentos
Siete Revueltas 5
The location in a quiet side street between the main shopping areas, the monuments and the main squares could hardly be bettered. All the apartments have well equipped kitchens and stylish modern bathrooms, as well as the main living space, and there is also a rooftop terrace. Unusually in this day and age there’s no internet access.
La Casa del Pozo Santo
Lepanto 9
These light, airy apartments are on a pedestrian street on the edge of the city centre, handy for shops and the Encarnación market, and a pleasant walk away from the cathedral and Alcázar. They are built around a shaded courtyard in an 18th century townhouse, and have all the modern amenities and equipment you would expect to make your stay comfortable and convenient.
Giralda Suites
Hernando Colon 22-26
Although they are right in the centre, just two minutes from the cathedral, these apartments are still really quiet and peaceful (except for the bells). It’s really great to be so close to everywhere you want to get to, and the staff are efficient and friendly. The apartments are individually decorated in bright, bold colours and have a kitchen with a fridge, microwave, and laundry facilities.
