By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you have any concerns about any aspect of these you should contact us before placing an order.

An order is placed when you confirm your details at the end of the checkout procedure. This constitutes a binding contract to abide by the terms and conditions. You understand that you are responsible for the use of the service by you, and by anyone using your details. If you suspect or become aware that any unauthorised person is using your information you should notify us immediately. These terms and conditions and the use of the website are governed by EU law. We give no warranty, express or implied, that the placing of an order or the use of the website complies with any non-EU laws or regulations.

In order to purchase goods and services through this website you must be over 18, and must provide us with your real name, credit card details (where appropriate), and billing and shipping addresses. We will acknowledge your order by email, and your credit card will only be charged when the goods are despatched, which will also be confirmed by email. Please note that when despatching orders to a different address to your billing address we may need to contact you or obtain information from third parties to ensure that your credit card details are not being used fraudulently.

You may cancel your order at any time prior to the despatch of the goods, and if your credit card has already been charged it will be refunded in full within 28 days. If the goods have already been despatched you will need to follow the procedures outlined in the returns policy. We reserve the right to cancel your order if the item(s) you require become(s) unavailable, and/or we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment, and/or if we suspect you are not eligible, and/or we suspect that the order has been placed fraudulently.
