azahar sevilla delivers to most destinations worldwide. If you have difficulty in placing an order to a particular destination please contact us.
Shipping charges
For orders within Spain the minimum charge is 5 euros + 2 euros for each additional garment.
For deliveries in the rest of Europe the minimum charge is 10 euros + 2 euros for each additional garment.
For deliveries outside Europe the minimum charge is 15 euros + 2 euros for each additional garment.
Delivery times
azahar sevilla will normally ship your order from Spain within 7 working days, but if there is any delay you will be informed by email. Deliveries within Spain should be within 3 working days of dispatch. Deliveries outside Spain are normally shipped by registered mail to arrive as quickly as possible, but we do not accept responsibility for any delays that might arise in individual destination countries.
Deliveries normally require to be signed for, so if possible you should arrange to be at the delivery address when the delivery is expected. Alternatively it is usually possible to collect packages from your local sorting office.
Methods of Payment
Payment can be made by credit card, by bank transfer (euro zone only), or through your Paypal account.
Payment by credit card
We accept the following credit cards

- Mastercard/Eurocard
- American Express
Payments are processed through Paypal, but you do not need a Paypal account to use this service.
Payment by bank transfer
At the checkout select “email” as the method of payment. We will email you with details of how to make the transfer. Goods will be shipped once the funds have been received.
Exchange rates for goods ordered outside the euro zone
Prices are shown, and orders will be charged in, Euros. For an approximate guide to other major currencies, please use our currency converter. Please remember that the actual conversion will take place through your own bank or card issuer at the time the sale is processed, and at the rate used by them, and will appear on your statement in your local currency.
Time of payment
The payment for your order will be reserved by your bank or credit card company when your order is confirmed, but will not be deducted from your account until immediately prior to shipping.
