
The newest tapas bar on trendy and touristy Mateos Gago is also one of its best. Gago 6 specialises in fried fish and other traditional Andalusian dishes, with probably the best boquerones fritos I’ve ever tasted. They also have a very good menu del día for just 10€ and owner María Paz is happy to create special vegetarian dishes. Sit either in the cool pale green and exposed brick dining area or outside on the sidewalk terrace.
