A contemporary take on traditional tapas, Mordisco mostly gets it right. We weren’t thrilled with the not-very-cheesy quesadilla or the dull chocolate crepe, but both the pasta with duck and boletus sauce, and the grilled pluma with couscous and creamy dijon sauce were superb.
As well as a menú del día Monday to Friday they also have a “couples menu” Tuesday – Thursday, and two people can share three tapas, a main dish, and one dessert with a bottle of house wine for 20 euros. Both special menus offer very good value for money. The space is ample with large front windows in the bar area. At the back there is a dining area. Our only complaint with the otherwise pleasant modern decor was that the place could really use a lick of paint. The smudgy white walls looked sad and neglected.
